Today, they worked on drawings of their business and finding out how much the things cost that will go inside. A list and their drawings are due tomorrow at the beginning of class. Also, tomorrow morning is the last day to make up or retake any of this 9 week's assignments/tests.
They worked on getting prices for the items they will need for their business in class today. As long as they made progress, there will be no homework.
After a quiz today, classes started an Economics Project where they will create a business. Their business has to find an actual location to set up shop and needs to consider other similar businesses in the area. They will have $100k to use on the startup of the business. We will work more on it on Monday.
Today was their first day of Economics 101. They did pretty well. We will build on these basic concepts tomorrow.
We did a little preview of next year in our classes today. They played some games on World Geography. Some select few have homework.
Today in class, we had one common thread throughout the day....they took a quiz on Chapter 13. Other than that, the assignment differed as the periods flowed by. Period one listened to Mr. Asbill's discussion on various current event topics. Period two did a if I were running for governor project. Period three and four worked on current event articles out of the newspaper. Period five worked on current event articles or GA state flag Powerpoints. All but period one probably have homework. Who knows what tomorrow will bring (well, Mr. Sinco knows).
Yeah, I have neglected this for a few days. This is what happens when you get lazy on CRCT week. We have covered the 1980s (Wednesday), 1990s (Thursday), and the 2000s (Today). Tomorrow we will quiz on it and do a small project.
Remember....you can redo any quiz or test if you are not happy with the grade. Just show up at 8:30 on any day but Fridays and you can retest. This offer is good through mid next week. It is getting late in the year....your grade is what you make of it.

CRCT starts tomorrow...get a good night's sleep. We quized today over the worksheet and the chapter. Grades should already be up.
CRCT starts Wednesday. We are starting our last rush unit before the CRCT. Students needed to read Chapter 12 in class today and start on the worksheet. The worksheet is homework. Tomorrow there will be a quiz over said worksheet.
