Monday - A,B,C Book. We will work on this in class. You will design a picture and sentence using a major vocabulary word from any of the units we have studied this year. Be creative and use color! You may skip any 3 letters.
Tuesday - Continue working on the A,B,C Book.

Wednesday - Finish A, B, C Book. Probability activity. Hmwk: Only to finish the book. -
Thursday - Crash on the moon and astronaut activity. Turn in books on Monday.
Friday - Global Warming article discussion; Bill Nye movie about global warming. Hmwk: ready your book to turn in Monday.
May 4 - 8, 2009
Monday - finish presentations; ch. 5 visual organizer on fuels. no homework.
Tuesday - turn in VO from Ch. 5; read 22-1 and define the vocab. Answer questions p. 687 for homework.
Wed. - watch "Exploring Space Rockets" and take the quiz. There is a writing assignment (creative) afterwards. This is due Thursday if not finished in class today.
Thursday - 22-2 and 22-3 read and complete questions at end of section: 22-2: 3-5,7,8; 22-3: 1-6, 10. We also turned in the writing assignment from Wed. Blocks 4,5,7 had Message in a Bottle for homework.
Friday - Scilinks with computers. We explored how space station life is different from everyday life on Earth.
April 27 - May 2, 2009
Monday - Blocks 3, 4, and 6 met and we researched or worked on the presentation of the project. Due: May 2, Friday.
Tuesday - All classes going to the media center for research/work on project. Due: Friday.

Monday - Regular schedule today, but for the rest of the week block 4 will meet every day. The remaining blocks will meet twice more during test. Today, we will check 21-3 questions and read 21-4. We will be going over a project today. We will be using the textbook and websites for research. Websites will be posted Tuesday. The project will be due: May 1.
