Cheesecake Delivery Info for 11/18

Dear Parents,

This correspondence provides information regarding the Durham Music Department fundraiser “Pick-up.”  The produce (cheesecake and cookie dough) will be prepared for pick-up as outlined below:

Date:  Tuesday, November 18, 2008

Place:  Durham Middle School Lunch Room

Time:

            4:45 – 5:30       8^th Grade

            5:30 – 6:45        6^th Grade

            6:45 – 7:45       7^th Grade

We ask that you adhere to these times as closely as possible.  There is no possibility of pick-up during school hours.

  Please park in front of the school and enter through the main entrance, the cafeteria will be to your left.  We will have staff to help you find your bagged/boxed order and then check you off from our list before departing.  If you have a particularly large order, please consider bringing some extra “Hands” to help carry the product to your vehicle as our staff may be limited. 

Please contact your customers in advance to arrange for delivery of the product.

It is very important that you pick your order up on the evening of the 18^th as we cannot guarantee that we can keep the perishable product for you.

FYI

Cheese cakes will keep for 6 months in the freezer and 10 days in the refrigerator.

Cookie dough will keep for 6 months in the freezer and 2 months in the refrigerator.
