Capitol Performance for 7th Grade

Parents,

We will be taking the orchestra and band on our annual trip to perform holiday music inside the State Capitol Building on 12/16.  This year, we will be having lunch at Hard Rock Cafe!  The fee for the trip includes the cost of lunch, 2 chartered buses, and substitute teachers.  Here is an extra copy of the permission slip (due Friday 11/21).  Download capitol_permission_slip.doc
