Today we completed our PowerPoint presentations from Six Flags or research and PowerPoint on a physicist. We will begin presentations on Friday.
We need all student to bring in the following items by Monday, May 12 (we will build cars that will compete against all other science classes on our Math and Science day May 19):
20 ounce soda bottle with cap
corrugated cardboard
1/8" dowels
wheels from old toys
Paint or markers (Optional)

Today we did a speed lab in which we had to calculate the rate of speed for various activities. We will complete this on Friday.
Article summaries due Friday
All Six Flags permission forms and money must be turned in by Friday April 18th.
Today we went over the CRCT practice test A. Students worked on practice test B which we will go over on Friday.
Thursday we have a lab outside-dress comfortably and do not wear flip-flops. A light jacket is propably needed for the morning classes.

We had internet problems today so our lesson plan changed. We finished our study guides and quizzed each other for the test on Friday. We watched a video on the eye and how we see.
