 Monday April 20

CRCT Week is here!! Today we will focus on the economics  of countries we have studied. You took a warm up quiz on locations 68-73. If you were absent bring me your locations.

Blocks 1 & 2 participated in a Economic simulation, completed an economic continuum for our countries that we studied.

Blocks 3, 4,5- Warm up quiz, review economic systems, completed a continuum on countries wee have studies and played a review game on economic systems of the regions we have studied this year.

Tomorrow starts CRCT test. Please bring 2 sharpened pencils, a snack, and a novel to read when you have finished.

Dig for History--Day 1. Today you were divided into different group with a specific history standard. You collected data from the CRCT work books and wrote a skit.

Dig for History Day 2-Today you presented your skit on a specific history standard.All students will complete a critics review of skits and write questions  to quiz each group.

CRCT review is happening in Social Studies for the next week. Today and tomorrow you will work with a study group to complete different centers on the physical geography of all regions.Each center is interactive from Smart games, skills tutor, identifying physical features and countries to analyzing photos on environmental issues.Eaach student will complete  a passport to learning at the end of class for a grade.

I hope everyone had a safe, fun Spring Break. Today we started our week long CRCT review. Today you took a pre test to give you an idea how well you remember what has been taught this year. You will work through many different activities this week to challenge your memory and help you review.
