Your essay should include the following terms:

 economics, producing, supplying, distributing, goods and services, consumers, wants and needs, scarcity, material, consume, resources, industry and survival. 

You should also include some of the countries and their standard of living. 

Highlight or underline these terms.

Students took part in an economic activity, "International World of Trade".  Each class was broken into 7 groups.  Each group was given a different quantity of supplies.  They have to create products for their country and trade for the the goods they need.  We will continue this activity tomorrow.
